What is it?

A property inspection trip is a 3 or 4 day trip to view properties in Turkey and to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase.

Our Clients will be greeted on arrival and guided around the region to inspect the properties that suit their purchasing criteria. The accommodation will be of high standard, typically four-star or better.

What is included?

* Return flight from UK to Turkey
* Accommodation in a four-star hotel
* Transfer to and from the airport
* Half-day sightseeing tour of the region / area
* Guided tours of the selected properties
* Assistance of the English-speaking local property specialists
* Use of a mobile phone with local SIM card


How does it work?

Vantage Turkey promises to make every effort to help Clients find flights that match their schedules. This depends on combination of flight availability and client flexibility.

The Clients are treated like honored guests and stay in high-standard accommodation. They are taken to the viewing trips as well as the tours round the area to give them a feel for the area.

The properties that are suited to your requirements will be selected before you go, thus making the most of your valuable time.

Vantage only uses the best construction companies in Turkey, those with reputations for excellent construction quality and after sales service.

On arrival to the airport, our Clients are met by our local representative, who accompanies them to their hotel and confirms the arrangements for the following day.

During the inspection trip, our Clients are guided by one of our English-speaking local partners. They visit as many properties as practically possible.

How much does it cost?

Our Clients will pay only between £99 and £249, with the rest of the costs subsidized by Vantage. The price depends on the region visited, as well as the time of the year. Both flights and accommodation are cheaper outside the high season in July and August. We will make all the arrangements and confirm the price before the booking.

Vantage will do even better – we will pay you back the whole cost of the inspection trip, if you purchase a property with us.
